To ensure our couples enjoy a seamless, stress-free celebration, we provide a professional marquee wedding day management. Without dedicated wedding planners, the responsibility for managing setup and logistics often falls to the couple or their family creating stress at a time that should feel calm, joyful, and entirely present.
Marquee weddings are wonderfully personal and unique, but without an in-house team, it’s easy for timings and logistics to become overwhelming. To give you complete peace of mind, we’ve joined forces with Weddings by Lisa Marie and Oliver & Hilton Marquees, combining our expertise to deliver flawless coordination, stunning design, and a truly stress-free celebration.
On the Day Co ordination
You’ve done the planning, now it’s time to relax and truly enjoy it. Our On-the-Day Coordination service is designed to ensure your wedding day runs flawlessly from start to finish.
In the weeks leading up to your celebration, we’ll connect with your suppliers, finalise your timeline, and confirm every detail so there are no last-minute surprises. On the day itself, we’re there from the morning preparations through to the evening celebrations — overseeing set-up, managing suppliers, keeping to time, and quietly handling anything that arises.
You can focus on celebrating with your loved ones while we work behind the scenes to make sure everything unfolds exactly as you imagined.
On-the-Day Coordination up to 12 hours, including;
- At 6 – 8 weeks prior to your wedding we will have a consultation to review your progress, discuss your plans and start creating your wedding management plan.
- If required a Venue/site visit to assess layout and logistics
- On the day timeline creation and supplier liaison to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Onsite management of your wedding day setup
- Coordination on the day with suppliers and managing any contingency plans
- Taking care of additional details such as moving décor between spaces, cueing music, or supporting guests with accessibility needs.
Partial Planning
Our Partial Planning service is ideal if you’ve already started your wedding journey but would love some professional support to bring everything together. Perhaps you’ve secured your venue and a few key suppliers, but the constant emails, decisions, and coordination are becoming overwhelming alongside everyday life.
That’s where we step in. We’ll take over the supplier communication, refine the details to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision, and create clear timelines and logistics plans. From here on, we handle the moving parts so you can enjoy the build-up to your day with confidence, knowing every detail is beautifully managed.
We will be there on the day from arrival of the first supplier until the end of the first dance to ensure everything runs smoothly and you can relax and enjoy the day with your loved ones.
We will meet to discuss your plans so far and pick up from there, including;
• Liaising with your venue, caterers, and all suppliers to confirm details, logistics, and contractual arrangements
• Assisting with the sourcing and booking of any remaining suppliers
• Overseeing the wedding design and styling to ensure your chosen aesthetic is brought to life beautifully
• Managing your payment schedule if needed keeping track of who needs to be paid and when
• Coordinating guest details including RSVPs and catering requirements
• Organising accommodation to ensure all guest needs are met
• Producing a detailed wedding day schedule
• Includes everything outlined within the on-the-day coordination package

Our Full Planning service is perfect if you’d like expert support from the very beginning from finding your dream venue and sourcing the right suppliers, handling negotiations to curating your design concept and managing every logistical detail, we handle it all, leaving you free to enjoy the experience.
With over 20 years of experience in the wedding industry and strong relationships with trusted suppliers, we’ll guide you through every decision with calm professionalism. We manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and coordination, ensuring your vision comes together beautifully.
On the day itself, we’re by your side from set-up to last dance, so you can simply soak up every moment knowing everything is taken care of.
